What does our rating mean?

Our Dealership star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW Ireland over the last 90 days of new car sales and Aftersales service transactions, where the customer has subsequently elected to complete a customer satisfaction survey online.

You will also see below customer comments, which are unedited and are as submitted as part of the online survey process.
